Hey there! Welcome to my channel!
This is Ravi Anand Veludandi, a calisthenic vegan and I'm a certified fitness trainer, lyricist, writer, guitarist and also a budding philanthropist.
I have around 50 certifications on various fields from different universities [Harvard, MIT, Berkeley, Emory, Birmingham, New York Institute of finance, Microsoft, Princeton University, University of California Irvine, University of Connecticut, University of Amsterdam, University of Pennsylvania: Medicine + School of Law, Arizona state University and many more!] all across the globe.
I'm here to enhance and enrich you with a different perspective towards Fitness.
Fitness is complex, I agree, but i don't wanna make it complicated! Everyone is differently designed and the same approach to fitness doesn't work for all!
Therefore, if you have any queries regarding bodybuilding, fat loss, supplementation and calisthenics, I would be glad trying to sort things out for you.
